Reporting Everywhere: Beyond the Module

We believe you shouldn’t have to leave what you’re doing to get an answer. That’s why reporting is woven into the very fabric of Pay as you Track View:

• The LiveMap Shortcut: The fastest way to run a report is directly from the LiveMap. Simply open the context menu for any vehicle to launch a historical report for that asset instantly [01:24].
• Interactive Dashboards: You can embed live, interactive reports directly into your custom dashboards. This allows you to compare vehicles side-by-side or view a historical map alongside tabular data [00:18].
• Admin Overview: Need a quick health check? The Admin module provides a high-level report on tracker status and device health so you know your data is always flowing [01:06].

The Reports Module: Templates & Customisation

When you need to go deeper, the Reports Module offers a powerful engine with two distinct views to keep you organised:

• The Templates View: Choose from a wide range of pre-built reports grouped by category, such as Behaviour, Productivity, and Compliance [02:34]. If you aren’t sure which one you need, the “More” button provides a detailed description and a visual example [02:40].
• The Saved View: Once you’ve tweaked a report’s parameters—like date ranges, asset folders, or thresholds—you can save it. This makes it easy to return to your “favourite” views without re-entering settings every time [02:17].
