Carolanne brings a passion for making things work and several years of senior operational experience. A board director of Minorplanet plc for five years improving the technical service and support to be the best in the business and introducing significant internal operational gains and efficiencies.

Chris Knowles

Technical Director


The architect of Pay as you Track software. Chris keeps a very 'hands on' approach to development. With 20 years experience in 'location based' software development, including; development, planning of large databases, managing development teams and designing and implementing end-to-end desktop and mobile solutions.

Stephen Booth

Sales Director


Steve came on board with over 20 years experience of senior sales positions and business expansion in mobile telecommunications, water treatment, recruitment and financial services. Bringing a collaborative, partnering approach to the way Pay as you Track works stemming from his previous experience and roles.

Jonathan Firth

Non-Exec Chairman


Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant and MBA. His career has included a number of financial directorships in IT services businesses. He also has experience of recapitalisations, acquiring and selling companies and working with international conglomerates. Jonathan is currently a non- executive director of two other IT services companies.
