Refund Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge if you return a product, or inform the retailer that you want to return the product, within seven working days. The cost of returning any unwanted product will be at your charge.

If you do not have a return form, please include a note stating your order number, name, contact details, reason for return and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action on your return.

Under our Terms & Conditions, you must return the product in perfect condition. It must not be used or damaged – and in the original packaging. If your product is not in this condition, this will void your Return request. We recommend obtaining proof of posting from your post office when sending back your parcel.

Faulty Goods

If your order is faulty please return the item using the details in the packaging. The Company will refund for the cost of return. Items not found to be faulty will be returned and no refund issued. We recommend obtaining proof of posting from your post office when sending back your parcel.

Warranty

All trackers are sold with 12 months warranty, if the item developers a fault please return it to the address found on the website. The company will repair or issue a replacement within 14 days. We recommend obtaining proof of posting from your post office when sending back your parcel.

Change or Cancel an Order

If you have paid with Paypal, Debit or Credit card, we will be able to change an order provided you contact us before the order is sent. If you need to change details of your delivery address please email [email protected].
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered you will need to follow our Returns procedure.
